Pour un hangar en Autriche, nous avons livr\u00e9 et install\u00e9 une porte coulissante pliante de 18,30 m \u00d7 5 m (L \u00d7 H). La porte de type SFT-SP-50 est compos\u00e9e d\u2019une structure robuste en acier soud\u00e9, r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en tubes profil\u00e9s en acier galvanis\u00e9 d\u2019une profondeur de construction de 50 mm, et est rev\u00eatue d\u2019une finition mate RAL 9018. Les 16 vantaux s\u2019ouvrent vers l\u2019int\u00e9rieur et sont dispos\u00e9s selon un sch\u00e9ma d\u2019ouverture 8 + 8. <\/p>

Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur grande stabilit\u00e9, les portes coulissantes pliantes de cette conception permettent de fermer ou d\u2019ouvrir de mani\u00e8re fiable m\u00eame de tr\u00e8s larges ouvertures. La porte est con\u00e7ue pour \u00eatre robuste, durable, n\u00e9cessiter peu d\u2019entretien et fonctionner silencieusement, ce qui la rend id\u00e9ale pour de larges vitrages et des dimensions particuli\u00e8rement importantes. <\/p>

L\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 entre les vantaux est assur\u00e9e par des joints en caoutchouc r\u00e9sistants aux intemp\u00e9ries. Des brosses en nylon en partie haute et basse prot\u00e8gent de la poussi\u00e8re et de l\u2019humidit\u00e9 et garantissent une isolation homog\u00e8ne entre l\u2019int\u00e9rieur et l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur. Les panneaux sont en grande partie compos\u00e9s de verre de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 isolant ESG, tandis que les panneaux inf\u00e9rieurs sont constitu\u00e9s de t\u00f4les sandwich avec noyau en mousse rigide PUR, offrant isolation thermique, stabilit\u00e9 et s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Le rail de roulement, les charni\u00e8res et les galets assurent une manipulation fluide et s\u00fbre, tandis que le rail de sol encastr\u00e9 guide les vantaux de mani\u00e8re optimale.<\/p>

L\u2019ensemble constitue une solution fonctionnelle et durable pour le hangar. <\/p>
