L\u2019objectif \u00e9tait de remplacer les anciennes portes non isol\u00e9es et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de l\u2019enveloppe du b\u00e2timent\u2014sans construction neuve et sans intervenir sur la structure porteuse. Le r\u00e9sultat : une r\u00e9duction des pertes de chaleur, des co\u00fbts d\u2019exploitation plus faibles et une valorisation durable du b\u00e2timent existant.  <\/p><p data-prosemirror-content-type=\"node\" data-prosemirror-node-name=\"paragraph\" data-prosemirror-node-block=\"true\">Un avantage majeur de la construction sur l\u2019existant r\u00e9side dans la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019utiliser l\u2019infrastructure existante. Cela permet de r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de CO\u2082, d\u2019\u00e9viter les d\u00e9chets et de raccourcir les d\u00e9lais de chantier. En m\u00eame temps, il est possible de mettre \u00e0 jour les exigences techniques et \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques selon les standards actuels\u2014de mani\u00e8re \u00e9conomique et respectueuse des ressources.  <\/p><p data-prosemirror-content-type=\"node\" data-prosemirror-node-name=\"paragraph\" data-prosemirror-node-block=\"true\">Les portes pliantes ALPGATE peuvent atteindre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 10 x 8 m\u00e8tres et, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur conception pliable lat\u00e9rale, elles sont particuli\u00e8rement peu encombrantes. Elles n\u00e9cessitent tr\u00e8s peu de profondeur d\u2019installation et sont donc id\u00e9ales pour la r\u00e9novation. Les profils en acier \u00e0 rupture thermique combin\u00e9s \u00e0 des vitrages sp\u00e9ciaux permettent des valeurs U de 1,5 \u00e0 1,6 W\/m\u00b2K et assurent une isolation thermique nettement am\u00e9lior\u00e9e dans les halls.  <\/p><p data-prosemirror-content-type=\"node\" data-prosemirror-node-name=\"paragraph\" data-prosemirror-node-block=\"true\">Sur le plan esth\u00e9tique, ces portes offrent une grande libert\u00e9 : diff\u00e9rents remplissages tels que panneaux sandwich, verre de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 grand format jusqu\u2019\u00e0 5 m\u00e8tres de hauteur sans croisillons, t\u00f4le perfor\u00e9e ou bois permettent une adaptation individuelle \u00e0 l\u2019usage et \u00e0 l\u2019architecture. Des versions s\u00e9curis\u00e9es sont disponibles en RC3 et RC4 ; des classes RC sup\u00e9rieures peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9es sur demande, de mani\u00e8re sp\u00e9cifique au projet. <\/p><p data-prosemirror-content-type=\"node\" data-prosemirror-node-name=\"paragraph\" data-prosemirror-node-block=\"true\">Les d\u00e9coupes pour cat\u00e9naires dans le vantail et les rails sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement faciles \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre.
