The doors and accessories were powder-coated in the customer-specified deep matte color NCS S 8000-N. This elegant, uniform finish creates a harmonious look inside and out and forms the foundation for the project’s sophisticated overall appearance.
A standout feature is the full sheet metal cladding of each gate panel. Smooth, galvanized steel sheets completely conceal the frames, making them invisible from any angle. Both the interior and exterior surfaces are powder-coated to seamlessly match the frame color. This approach gives the doors a clean, monolithic appearance that enhances the building’s modern architectural style.
The recyclable material section spans approximately 16 meters of façade and includes five folding gates. Thoughtful custom solutions – including recessed floor tracks with angled stops, special additional profiles, bespoke rail covers, and substructures on round concrete columns – ensure the gates fit the façade perfectly.
The panels vary in width, combining individualized field layouts with structural customizations to guarantee optimal functionality and a seamless aesthetic integration into the modern façade.
A sixth outdoor folding gate measures approximately 5000 × 4200 mm and features a riveted perforated sheet with custom perforation, also powder-coated, plus an integrated threshold-free wicket door – a fully tailored solution. A seventh gate, built to the same specifications but without a wicket door, measures approximately 4000 × 4200 mm.
With these bespoke solutions, ALPGATE supports the Festival House renovation, optimizing both the functionality and visual impact of the gates in harmony with the building’s sophisticated architecture.
