The new folding gates are not only contemporary but also excellently insulated, as they feature real glass and a closed insulation filling, resulting in outstanding insulation performance. The remaining 30 openings were repurposed into covered storage spaces and are now accessible without gates. This project once again highlights how replacing outdated gates can significantly enhance both the aesthetic appearance and energy efficiency.
Structural Renovation at Urban Landscape Maintenance Kaiserslautern
For Urban Landscape Maintenance Kaiserslautern, we have dismantled a total of 38 heavy, outdated gates in Hall 4 and replaced them with 8 modern folding gates using a 2+2 opening scheme.
